The City of Solvang's website is continuously updated. Information has been compiled from a variety of sources and is subject to change without notice from the City as a result of updates, additions and corrections.

A third party collects information on user traffic to our website. The City may contract with a third party to provide e-commerce services in fulfilling its customer service mission. In using these services, user email addresses and other personal information may be collected by the contractor. If you do not wish to have this information collected, please notify the vendor directly. The City does not assume responsibility for information collected by third party vendors.

City does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personally-identifiable information from a user under the age of thirteen, we will delete such information from our records. If we change our practices in the future, we will obtain prior, verifiable parental consent before collecting any personally-identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. The City does not knowingly allow children under the age of 13 to publicly post or otherwise distribute personally-identifiable contact information.
