Our Services
We offer two fixed-routes as well as Dial-A-Ride services. Dial-A-Ride services are offered every day to individuals who are eligible and registered for the service. Review the ADA-Paratransit information to see if you qualify. On Sundays, the general public is also welcome to use our Dial-A-Ride services.
Service animals are allowed with no additional charge. Service animals are defined by the ADA as “any guide dog, signal dog, or other animal individually trained to work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability, including, but not limited to guiding individuals with impaired vision, alerting individuals with impaired hearing to intruders or sounds, providing minimal protection or rescue work, pulling a wheelchair, or fetching dropped items.”
On-call stops are served upon request at Cottage Hospital, Chumash Casino, and the Tribal Health Clinic. To schedule a pick-up at an on-call stop, simply call (805) 688-5452. To exit at an on-call stop, just let the driver know as you approach your destination.
