While there is no imminent threat from the October 24, 2024, Riverview Fire along Highway 246 it has caused significant communications disruptions in our area.

- Verizon Cell Service - DISRUPTED
- Frontier Communications – DISRUPTED
- Comcast/Xfinity Communications - DISRUPTED
AFFECTED AREAS
- City of Solvang (including the City after hours on call line)
- City of Buellton
- Santa Ynez Valley
- Los Olivos
IMPACT ON LOCAL SERVICES
The following may be experiencing disruptions:
- Grocery stores
- Gas stations
- Other essential services

- Extended acceptance through the weekend
- No late penalties through Sunday
