Overview
Applications for water and sewer service can be submitted in person at City Hall, mailed or emailed at least one business day (Monday through Friday, no weekends or city observed holidays) before services can be turned on. Please note, all applications must include a copy of the photo ID.

If you are a Commercial Property Owner, please complete the Commercial Property Owner's Agreement Application
Property Owners/Landlords
If you are a Property Owner/Landlord and you would like to provide water service to your tenant, please complete the Property Owner's Agreement and Residential Water/Sewer Service Application Form.
Tenants
To apply for water service, please fill out the Tenant Water/Sewer Service Application Form.

Please allow one business day for the request to be processed. Service date must be a future business day (No weekends or holidays) we cannot back date the service date.
It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the City to cancel services.
